I'm not fandom police, but...

I know there's a comm for fic plagiarism somewhere, is there also one for art? Because someone has taken Mousewrites' gorgeous John/Rodney art "Debriefing," mirror-flipped it, recolored it, and is posting it to the Kirk/Spock coms as her own work, and I just don't think that's right. :/

2PM's member Nichkhun will be debuting on screen.

The movie 'The Shining Diploma" will begin filming this December and Nichkhun will be starring in it. The movie tells a tale of a mother that did not have the chance to graduate high school and is said to be a comedy film. The mother returns to high school while her son begins wedding plans.

Nichkhun will be playing the role of the mother's second son. Outside, he is rough and rebellious but inside, he is warm. Nichkhun is said to be showing off a charismatic performance, different from the soft and sweet image he has shown on variety shows.

The production team of 'The Shining Diploma' stated "We casted Nichkhun because of his unique facial features and we have high expectations for him."

Park Jinyoung of JYPE will also be making a special cameo appearance in the movie.

Lindsay Lohan Slammed By Kitson Spokesperson Over Freebies

Lindsay Lohan has come under fire from bosses at an exclusive boutique - after she allegedly demanded $15,000 in free gifts despite failing to properly promote her in-store leggings range.

Reports surfaced earlier this month that the actress was fuming after a store assistant at Los Angeles' Kitson refused to allow her to go on a hefty spree without charge.

And bosses at the retail outfit aren't letting the tantrum go without punishment - they have slammed the star for her demanding ways, and insist she should be grateful they are still stocking her 6126 leggings range.

A spokesperson for Kitson tells Fox News, "We're actually really offended. The tables have turned and now we're the customer.

"We spent $50,000 on her leggings line, but she hasn't come to the store in three years, and she didn't even do a personal appearance.

"She should have brought cookies for the staff to thank them for selling her leggings because she does nothing. We don't know if we'll continue to carry them."

Last year Victoria Beckham also felt the wrath of Kitson - the store dropped her DVB denim range after it failed to sell.

Sophia, Austin and Milo on the USO Tour

One Tree Hill's Sophia Bush and Austin Nichols are spending their Thanksgiving holiday this year fulfilling exactly what the holiday is about; giving thanks to others. The young stars, along with Heroes's Milo Ventimiglia, are currently overseas generously giving their time and talent to the troops and their families stationed in Germany and Turkey.

Nichols, Bush, and Ventimiglia held meet&greets the mornings of Nov. 20 and 21st in Ramstein, Germany, where they signed autographs and posed for pictures with the service members and their families.

According to the official website for the USO, what the TV trio is doing leaves the troops and their family members with the most lasting emotional impressions.

“USO entertainers are essential to fulfilling the USO's mission of boosting troop morale”.

Bush and Nichols are no strangers to donating their time and efforts to help the morale of others in need. This past September they both helped to raise money at the 'Celebrity Autograph Fund-raiser' for a memorial wall honoring fallen police officers to be built in Wilmington, NC, where 'One Tree Hill is filmed.

Bush said as a child she was always encouraged by her parents to do charity work. Now the 27-year-old actress says she wants to give that same motivation to others.

“I think people have lost sight of how important it is to give back”, Bush told Star News recently.

Clearly Bush has not lost sight of giving back; she is a 2009 spokesperson for the Teachers Count campaign, and a long-time advocate for The Art of Elysium, which places emphasis on the importance of the arts in the lives of children battling serious medical conditions.

The next stop where Sophia Bush, Austin Nichols, and Milo Ventimiglia will place emphasis on the needs of others will be Turkey, at the Incirlik and Izmir Air Bases, where they will be until the completion of their USO tour on Nov. 25.

Italian actress Monica Bellucci is expecting her second child, mediafax reports.

Reportedly, The Matrix star was in the Romanian town of Buftea last week while working on her latest film, The Whistleblower, and told some of her colleagues that she is three months pregnant.

The 45-year-old actress and model is married to fellow actor, Vincent Cassel. They are already parents to 5-year-old daughter, Deva.
